For over 15 years fitness has been my passion. However a busy life of work and family combined with bad habits always kept me from my peak potential. Sounds familiar right? After creating the proper mindset of hard work gets results, not excuses combined with my knowledge of proper macro tracking I have created the physique I always wanted and now I want to share that with others and help them reach their goals and full potential not just physically but mentally.
